LOCEF has moved. It can now be found on the HSE Explosives Web Community.
This community requires registration, but is otherwise free for anyone to access.
On the new LOCEF fireworks have been split onto a separate database from other explosives. This is to more easily display the different information presented.
Additional information about fireworks is also displayed, including the importer, primary packaging mark and expiry date for the classification.
